5) Beta – this is a measure of the volatility of the stock price in other words how much does the share price rise and fall in a year compared to the overall market average.

6) Growth Trends – this is a measure of the past five year and future five years sales and profits of the company again measured and compared to other companies.

7) Management Team – this is a performance measure of the management team of the company and looks at profitability, ability to prepare for the future and how smoothly the company is running. This way you quickly eliminate 99% of companies that are not worth considering as an investment candidate. How to identify the best time to buy. Again TICN look for, measure and compare seven key headings when it comes to gauging value for money in the Stock Market:

1) Current share price compared to the past 52 week low and high shares prices

2) Dividend policy of the company in relation to how much profits are either distributed to the shareholders of the company or kept within in the company to help expand the company

3) Price appreciation of the company and its potential to grow in the next 12 months ahead.

4) Sales verses Earnings of the company whereby TICN look for companies where the profit rate of growth is greater than the sales rate of growth.

5) Price is then divided by profit to measure the real value for money in a share purchase compared to the five year history of the company

6) High – Medium and Low price ranges allows the investor to better time their future decisions to buy and or sell / rent their shares.

7) Reward to Risk ratio measures the potential for the share to rise and or fall in the future 3 to five years. This quick and efficient measurement system will reduce the best 1% of companies in the market down to the best 0.1% and thus eliminate 99.9% of companies in the stock market as not been good quality and good value for money. How to collect Rent. Now that you own the shares TICN will teach you strategies to be able to collect rent from your shares once per month thus creating a monthly income stream from your share portfolio.
